General Documentation
General service 11,000 won (time required: 4 days on average)
Same-day service 22,000 won (request before 3 pm _ up to 6,000 characters)
Professional Documentation
General service 16,000 won (time required: 4 days on average)
Same-day service 32,000 won (request before 3 pm _ up to 6,000 characters)
Editing and feedback: same proofreading fee + 18,000 won for feedback
Additional consultation fee is 30,000 won
What is the procedure?

Payment information
- Account transfer, credit card, check card, PAYPAL payment are possible.
- The service price is inclusive of VAT.
- In case of payment by credit card, the tax invoice will be replaced with a credit card receipt.
- If you need a tax invoice or cash receipt, please contact us via KakaoTalk or info@chapterseoul.com.
- You cannot apply for tax invoices or cash receipts after the 10th of the month following payment..
Refund Policy
- Lifelong lectures and one-time services are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not possible if you have downloaded course materials.
- If the progress of the course is less than 7% within one week of purchase, a refund is possible.
- Refunds are not possible if the progress of the course is over 7% after 1 week has passed since the date of purchase.
- Extension/service courses are non-refundable.
- When refunding, fees for payment methods such as bank, credit card company, Paypal, etc. are deducted and refunded.
- Class tickets for which the certificate has already been issued are non-refundable.
